GUESTS OF DAY 02 - April 15th


Tonight I was visited by Rut Wenker, our office manager. She spotted her favourite Jesus immediately, basically because she had to accept at least half of all the Jesus that were sent to my office address by mail.

Her favourite Jesus is "Komm Herr Jesus, sei unser Gast". In the picture it is the one right in front of her, the one lowest on the wall. She picked it because Jesus kind of "stumbles into an everyday situation. And although the caption (Come Jesus, be our guest) is really kind of asking for this to happen, it looks strange." I won't tell you too much here but will add the link to her favourite Jesus once he is online.

Then Rut saw the Bible on my desk and went looking for the book of Ruth, which, for those of you who don't know, is in the old testament. Long before Jesus. She read it quickly (a mere 4 pages in my edition) and she was quite taken by it. In a sort of half humorous, half serious way.

Rut also went looking for oddities in the images. And we actually spotted some things in what has now become the Jesus of day three. So her visit brought about a view new insights, some treasures and some strange things have been detected.

I wonder, what all the other visits will dig up.
