Again, I have to apologize for using a rather trivial title. It has, as always, a reason. This small item has been handcrafted by a person in Nittenau, Germany.

It is extremely lightweight. The Jesus image seems to be a printed fabric or special paper, streched over a plastic, oval, three dimensional object. This is turn glued to a velvet covered backplate, decorated with a golden border.

I ordered this on ebay and it got lost in the mail. But the person who makes these sent me another one free of charge. I guess he's on a mission.

One of my guests said that the style reminded him of what kind of religious items he saw in Spain.
